    principally clay brick on the first floor front, rear and sides; and vinyl siding on the
    second floor front, rear and sides. Elevation ‘B’ will be principally clay brick on the
    first and second floors front, rear and sides; with stone skirt or accent on front.
  • Aluminum soffit, fascia, eavestrough and downspout (as per elevation).
  • Maintenance-free fixed shutters (as per elevation).
  • Vinyl casement or single hung windows on all elevations. Low E glass with Argon.
